12 mths has 48 weeks

52 weeks - 48 weeks = 4 weeks... What happens to this 4 weeks?
Anyway, doesn't matter wat happens to them, but next time when you get a 13th month bonus, its not really a bonus, YOU deserved it! And heard that it is now not compulsory to give the "bonus"! How can they do this to us!!
