Remember in July 2007, during Church Anniversary, I received my first Prophesy.

Here's the excerpt of it:
"........You've walked a pathway as you've hidden, hidden from yourself, hidden from life itself;
You've been hidden from people;
You hadn't really exposed myself as to who You really are and who You can be and
You've stood back in the crowd, You've not wanted to be in the front,
You've not wanted to be exposed.
You've just been very careful and cautious about Your life.
Because when you risked yourself for one point of time, you were made a fool out of.
............. You'll be an amazing woman of God to minister into the lives of people."

During Church Camp in March 2008, we had another session with Pastor John and received another prophesy. Well, its not really another prophesy, because.... It's basically the same one as spoken to me in July!

Here's the "2nd" Prophesy:
Father, touch her deep inside.
The Spirit of God says,
'I am really gonna reach in and I'm gonna draw the real person out.
Sometimes you just hang in the background;
I don't want you living in the background;
I want you in the foreground.
I want you to the fore-front.
I want you to really be in the heat of the battle;
I want you to take on issues;
I want you to begin to stand up and speak into them;
and I want you to know that I've given you a tongue and
I'll put these words upon your lips and you'll know what it is.
YOU MAKE A STAND IN LIFE!'

Prior to being prophesied, I asked God... "Will the prophesy be the same?" I was in quite a dilemma. On one hand, I'd like to have a new prophesy, on the other, I want to know if God would confirm the same so I'd know it's really from Him!

From the looks of it, it really is from God. On 2 different occasions, same issues was raised - i.e. about me being in the background. What is the possibility of having the same issues mentioned by the same prophet who last saw me 8 months ago and in the meantime has been ministering to many others around the world. Would he take special note of me and say the same thing by his own strength? I don't think so....

Comparing the 2, other than the same issue on stepping out I've found a major difference.
God is comforting me in the first prophesy by telling me how much He knows about me as all the sentences is starting with "You've" (Me lah).
In the second one, He's telling me what He wants me to accomplish and his promises as all the sentences is starting with "I want" (God).

Wow~ taking the 2 and comparing makes me really stand in awe of God. I will cling on to His promises.
