Although Valentine's day just pass by with nothing special happening for me, Chinese New Year was a blast!

Other than shopping to my hearts content for new clothes, and finding some new brands that sells clothes that fit me; I done french manicure and nail art for my pedicure. A first, for me, cause usually I find it very expensive to do. Anyway, decided to something to pamper myself for this CNY.

Another first for this year was getting my hair dyed and highlighted. And I chose the very auspicious colour, RED! Its a mixture of red and violet, So I won't look like a clown with bright red hair. LOL..

RED is definitely my lucky colour this year! Cause for the first time, I strike 4D FIRST PRIZE. The date: 17 Feb 2007. CNY EVE. Well, when I know the results, It was already after midnight. I wasn't really concern bout the results anyway, so when my mom asked my dad what the number for first prize was. I got a shock! And my mom thought my dad was joking cuz he saw the number I bought. And I didn't buy iBet! Though only bought 1 buck, still manage to win quite a bit. :) What a great start to a new year! YAHOO!

Anyway, the number that I won was the car plate number of my friend. He decided to stop buying, so I took over. LOL... Anyway, gonna give him a treat one of these days. :D

Almost won 2nd prize for the 18th Feb draw. Got all the 4 digits correct but didn't buy iBet. Maybe wed I'll strike the 3rd prize. HAHA...

Well, to add on my good fortune, on the second day of CNY, played blackjack with my relatives, and won around 20 over dollars and the most memorable of all was, getting triple 7s! THAT's really rare. I was the banker anyway, and already had 2 Sevens on hand. One seven was already shown, and I asked around to see if anyone has got another 7. Well, comes the interesting part, a cousin was the last player to draw the cards. All the other players told him to play defensive, to draw a card, so maybe I won't get the card lah, but he don't want. So when I drew the card, I SCREAMED! First time I got such good luck, and of course all other players were in a temporary state of shock. Hahah...

I'm sure this new year is a great year for me!
